Charitable Giving

Every team member has an annual allocation of $25,000 from our foundation to donate to up to four charities of their choice. We believe that putting financial power behind our team’s individual insights adds opportunity to experiment with solutions. We also believe that democracy in giving is more efficient.

Neither your employment status nor compensation will be affected by your choices in this area, and there is no requirement to make donations. Spark’s foundation also donates millions to worthy causes.
